To ring in the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse, our pal GnochGnoch (Nguyen Yeats-Brown) joins forces with restaurant owner Hieu Bui for a limited run of reimagined bánh cuốn.

Silky rice rolls with punchy fillings like lemongrass pork with cured egg yolk, spiced prawns with peanut drizzle, and curried mushrooms. Taking a fresh spin on the northern Vietnamese classic.

Available at Viet Grill and Cây Tre Soho from 11–28 February.
